Traditional Use: Bergamot Essential Oil is calming and uplifting, great for anxiety, depression, nervous tension and negative emotions. Bergaptene fraction has been removed to reduce the photosensitivity issues of Bergamot oil.
Not to be taken. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
Possible skin sensitivity. Dilute prior to topical application. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding.

Diffusion: Add a few drops to your Aromatherapy Diffuser, Room Diffuser, Car Diffuser, or Diffuser Necklace to get the best in aromatherapy. Alternatively, add 5 drops to any Oil Vaporiser.
Topical Use: Add 2 drops to 10ml carrier oil of your choice and apply topically as a skin serum or massage oil.
